LOUD
good drinks, food was almost ok. short ribs pan seared and very dry. chicken breast also very dry as if it had been cooked hours before serving and warmed up be bore serving. looked like the small plates may have been a better way to go from seeing a couple other tables. Noise level loud.
Terrific
I had a dinner party at Luxe last night and I absolutely enjoyed it. We all did. The food was great and the drinks were great, but, the best thing was the staff. My party, by no fault of my own, was completely disorganized, to say the least. The Luxe folks not only accommodated our confusion, but they did it with graciousness and smiles. That is definitely worth noting. We were there for < 3 hours (amazingly) and a good time was had by all. Although, I'm new to this area, I fully intend to revisit Luxe, and would advise everyone to give them a shot, if you've not done so, yet. Maybe I'll see you there. :)
Fantastic!
GREAT place to grab a drink and their food is delicious! I went here for the Cleveland State Theatre banquet and the food was simply divine and the drinks were delicious as well! It has a very up-scale sort of bohemian feel to it and I definitely recommend this place! I can't wait to go back!
when it finally up and comes is anyones guess
know the old joke about the gentrifying ghetto? its been up and coming for 10 years so when it finally up and comes is anyones guess. this is what i think of detroit shoreway. drive away from gordon square and your not in kansas anymore. will luxe survive? thats also anyones guess.
Luxe is fabulous
Luxe is my favorite restaurant. Food is out of this world. Service is impeccable and the martini's are the best in Cleveland. They have a really cool patio too!
